I was first introduced to TLC in January, 2018, through a friend who was experiencing great results and I wanted to find out what she was doing. This was at a time in my life when I knew I should lose some weight but had zero interest in actually doing anything about it or make any lifestyle changes.
Before starting the TLC products, I was overweight, often sluggish, and my energy levels were very low, especially in the afternoons. You would often find me napping on the weekends and very rarely outside doing anything. Every night, I would normally be found sitting in my recliner on my tablet playing games. I am a carb lover (still am) and would eat a bagel from Dunkin Donuts every single morning for 6 years straight. I was unhappy with myself and lacked the confidence to go into social situations and want to talk to anyone.
The first TLC product that I used was the Iaso Instant Tea. I used that product every day for just over a year and it helped keep my bowel movements regular, which was a big deal to me since I would often struggle with regularity on a daily basis.
Then in April, 2019, I first drank the Iaso brewed detox tea and that was a total game changer. I dropped 10 pounds in my first week! I also began taking the Nutraburst and NRG and boy, my energy level soared! I also started making better food choices and exercising 30 minutes a day every day. I now no longer feel tired in the afternoons. I have the energy to exercise every day after working for 8 hours. I also take the stairs when I can, park in the furthest spot away from the store to get those extra steps in. I also haven't had a bagel in 5 months!!!!
